Google Drive

All my lessons, resources, photos and videos are collected in Google Drive.  It allows me to access my material anywhere, anytime as long as there is WiFi.  I no longer carry USB sticks, or have to be at school to access my folders.  Collecting student work for assessment is easy with Google+.  I simply take photos or videos of their work, or upload it to Google+ directly from the iPad mini and it is automatically saved.

Here are some resources that may be helpful for your class.  Feel free to adapt, share and improve as you see fit.

Inquiry Project: As a final term project, I wanted my grade 4/5s to use all the things they have learnt in computer technology class and create a project that was meaningful to them.  My computer classes are very short 34minutes once a week.  It is not long enough to get into a big project, but I have broken it down to manageable chunks to make it easy for my students to present about something they want to learn more about.
