The school year is nearing to an end and I am reflecting and thinking of what I could do better next year. We have done so much in our school and as my Master’s in Education, Curriculum and Development, STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) begins, I am excited to try new things with my students.
My students learned all about coding and collaborative learning using BeeBots. They were given a moon landing map and had to transfer the map somehow and code the BeeBot to complete the moon landing mission. I didn’t go through all the functions of the BeeBots, instead, I encouraged them to work as a group to problem solve. It was interesting to see the different leadership skills among the individual students.
